My thoughts on Taekwon do is that it was one of the best experiences of my life it taught me how to respect people and how to control my anger.
It made me more confident in my out look to life and I intend to return to it in the near future. Jason helped me through everything with brilliant teaching and I look forward to returning to his school (should my life style permit).
All in all Taekwon do was one of the best things I have experienced in my life

TKD is the one thing I look forward to every Monday and Friday evening, it’s the highlight of my week!
The schools friendly and welcoming and the instructor's a nice helpful kind of chap that knows his onions and is always eager to share them with you.
If I have to miss a lesson at any time there has to be a dam good reason for it.
Taekwondo makes me fell alive and kicking "I LOVE IT!!"

I've been training in TKD for 3 years now. I find it a great stress reliever after a hard week at work, it's also provides a good all over body work out is helping to keep me fit.
As a sport TKD is also ideal for me as I'm able to attend with my two daughters. The club is very family orientated and its great being able to participate in a sporting activity with my daughters. They have both benefited from TKD in the development of their confidence, balance, co-ordination and fitness.
Jason Cooper has been our instructor during our TKD training. It is because of his enthusiasm and expert tuition that we continue to train in TKD, and look forward to our weekly lessons.
I'm hoping that we will all continue to train with Jason as a family for as long as possible.
